I took advantage of the lighting our bays have to offer and took some pics. The bays are cluttered so it doesn't give a very nice backdrop and casts some not so good reflections on the car, but it is giving me more camera practice All of these pics are 99% untouched! The only edits were to the rear license plate.

Nice!

What is your method for washing/drying your car? I know you drive it everywhere and it is not a garage queen- it looks absolutely amazing!

Microfibers?

Canon Rebel XTi using Canon EF-S18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 lens. All of these shots were done in the shutter priority AE mode(TV) with no flash. ISO was 400, shutter speed was 3.2 seconds, white balance was set for tungsen, auto focus mode. I'm still quite the newbie so I'm reading a bit and then making mistakes and slowly learning and adjusting from them. I love photography, but too lazy to really pursue it more than a hobby.

Hey Kooldawg...

How long have you had the "mustang" script on the rear? Looks exactly like mine.

Here is my thread from right after Xmas when I washed, clayed, polished and sealed it.
http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?p=7384427#post7384427

I use Meguiar's Deep Crystal Car Wash(have been for years and will continue as long as it's available). I bought a microfiber wash mit(looks like a blue mop head )from Wal Mart a few days after buying the car and it is the only thing that I use. To dry the car, I use an Absorber chamois. I only use microfiber towels to wipe it down. It is definitely not a garage queen as I drive it in all weather conditions.

Here it is after a snow storm earlier this year.

I got it near the end of February and then it took me a day to modify it as seen on the car. Here is the thread link for that.

Creature of habit! Most of my cars/trucks have been manual so I'm just following suit. Plus I like the piece of mind that the tranny isn't holding the weight of the car on inclines/declines. I always place it in park, pull the parking brake then release the foot brake
