A few questions: A/C, high beams, exhaust

Okay i recently bought a 99 mustang Cobra... I installed new lights..but for some reason the brights do not work at all? when i turn the brights on the regular lights go away and i cant even see in front of me, i can see only a slight distance with the light it gives me. My A/C blows cold for a couple min then it blows warm..and lately it blows warm right from the start...Is this going to caust me a lot to fix it? .... and my last question.. I want to add some noise to the car? What kind of exhaust do you recommend? My dad just installed straight pipes in his vette and its loud as hell...sounds awesome...OH and also..when i have the AC on...about every second the engine revs a little and the rpms go up a slight bit..what can this be? new A/C needed?

Sounds like you need your A/C recharged. You probably have a leak somewhere. The revs going up could be when the A/C clutch engages and disengages every few seconds or so.

Don't do straight pipes on your Cobra, Mustangs (or any car for that matter) don't really sound tasteful with no mufflers at all. If you want that raw muscular sound, go with flowmasters.
