Hi all,

I'm wanting to put in a supercharger, a suspension and a couple of other things on my 06 GT, and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on a good shop for those kinds of upgrades here in the Pacific NW. Locally I only have the Ford dealership, and they're pretty expensive.

I'm in Oregon, so Oregon, Washington and Northern California would be my preference.

Thanks,
Tom

Most people will tell you either Krazy Koncepts in Beaverton, OR or All Ford Performance in Vancouver, WA. I have had work done at Krazy Koncepts and been very pleased with there work and price is pretty reasonable.

MDR Autosports in Bend is good. They have a new Dyno Dynamics load dyno. They are new, but the reports from them are good.

Thanks everyone! Glad to see there's a few options here so close by. I've looked at Krazy Koncepts and just wanted some alternatives to them to compare to. Also, since I am in Bend, MDR Autosports is very interesting!

Have you thought about joining the local Bend Mustang Club? We have lots of cruises in the Summer.

They tune with SCT. They also have experience with Tweecer. Here is their website

If your willing to pay for the install and tuning, you might as well have the "best" do it for you. Jeff at All Ford Performance is by far the best I have ever seen. Easy to discuss and he listens..no comparision IMO. See my sig...

Didn't you use to say this about someone else a year ago? Just to be fair to your previous tuner you might think about all the variables that played into you picking up more HP/TQ. For Example: The dyno, weather, fuel, timing and so on... I'm sure if you let Jon or someone else tune your car they could make better #'s but in the end its just #'s which only counts for one part of tuning. You did hit a point which I think is the most important thing. Find a tuner you are comfortable with, who explains what he is doing and listens to you.

Whew, AD, absolutely not! Not sure where your going, but I am not going to bash anything on your side, Jeff is no question the best. If your referring to Chung, then there is no comparision. Again, I used to be reserved on my thoughts about who is the best, but no longer do I share these feelings. Jeff is by far the best, you should only wish you had somebody at his level to operate assist in your business. I am very surprised you even questioned me on this. This is no longer on base to the conversation of the question which was orginally ask, but AGAIN, if you want to have the BEST tune, install, etc any thing for a Mustang, Fast, KK, etc, there is absolutly no comparision.....Jeff is hands down the best. I inquired with Jon Yes, but when Jeff said he would tune, easy decision for me. What better combo to have, both the tuner and installer doing all the work...sheesh!

Cory not trying to bash you just stating that your opinion means nothing when you change it every year. I am sure when you get your supra and have John Reed tune it he will be the best tuner next year in your post. I was referring to Chung in my post as it comes off to me as you bashing him as lesser tuner which could be true but with no real substantial data to back this up it means nothing. Your gain in HP/TQ means nothing unless they both tuned it on the same day and dyno. As for Jeff he is very good but not the best, I can list others who I would consider better Job Spetter, Don Bailey, Jon Lund and so on. He is simply the best for your level of car. We can have this debate when we see each other since we are hijacking this thread. Sorry for questioning you but I forgot you no everything, must be my old age.:stirpot:

KKP's rate when I called was 150 an hour for dyno and tune.

As for Stangnet being back....maybe! Lets hope! From what I see this has been stirring for quite some time so sit back, and enjoy the ride!!! :SNSign:

Pts taken, and for most part, I would agree, however, I do have data to support, but choose not to supply it in this matter of the inter-vent

Jeff will work on the Supra when I get it..we have already discussed it, but in my case, I will keep it pretty much in stock trim, other then some basic tune stuff. Looking more for a starbucks and wkend driver rather then a race, track car.

I have changed my mind only ONCE. You made it sound like every yr..sorry AD, I certainly dont know much, but again, this is the reason I have the BEST do the work...so I dont need to know alot..

Heard your thinking about selling your vert..any truth in this?
