A little progress I've made ~PICS!!~

Well... it's been about 8 months since my car came off the road- I've finally found time to work on it a a little. Mostly it's just been put into a storage unit (now my 'garage') and I've been working on taking out the dash, wiring, and re-wiring the EFI ... tell me what ya think.

This is how much I have on the driver side of the manifold... enough to slip your hand in. I fitted the manifold in to get an idea on what to do for an export brace.... I do believe I need to find a tubular one as the passenger side comes within about an inch or so of the throttle body inlet.

I'm defintely going to take care of the engine bay before here too long. I actually talked to a friend tonight about bringin his welder in to fill in all the little holes in the sides of the bay. The shop is pretty nice... it's 10x30 with electricity. You can see basically what I have in there... work table, tool box behind it, compressor, two sets of shelves plus room for the engine, and my wheels in the back. A lot of guys are building cars in the same complex as me.

Looks pretty good!

How much clearance do you have between the upper intake and your export brace? Looks like it's pretty close near the master brake cyln there.

Trying to determine if I'll have clearance problems using the factory intakes for my 351W.

2 hours? is that all it takes to pull an engine? So you could easily pull the engine, clean teh bay, prime and paint it and have the engine back in, in a weekned? I've never pulled an engine, and need to do clean up eveything on my stang. didnt mean to pirate the thread but any suggestions or things to look out for?

1320- It's actually the mc that came with my Baer Sport kit.... it is off of a 94-95 mustang. No fitment issues, but I did have to bend two lines to run from the ports back under the mc to the stock lines as the new mc's ports are on the wrong side.
