Yep ,the roof is the last piece so it would have to come off . Dynacorn roof is a bit heavier gauge than factory and they fit pretty good . You will probably have to remove the drip rails and replace also ,they are welded so well it is hard to save them

The radiator support is in ,took all morning because someone at some time did a bunch of welding and i had to cut it all loose . I will probably do the little patches above the spring towers on the inner aprons next ,then on to the floor patches .

I cut the rusted pieces out of the aprons ,now to make the patches.
This is a pretty common place for rust in 67 70 .

All three patches in the front aprons are finished . Just some brackets inside and the floor patches and grind the welds left .
