I may be getting TC automatic. Is the A4LD in a turbo any stronger than the regular 2.3 unit?

Does it have a higher stall converter?

Does anyone know of any high stall converters and performance upgrades fo this tranny?

No the trans are the same. and so it the torque converter. i havent found a higher stall converter for the a4ld but you can buy a stronger one. the teeth in the converter tend to strip out with alot of stress and power. i would recomend putting a c4 in it.
