? About Sanden Conversion & Belts

So I have my new Sanden installed and have a few questions concerning belt routing. From what I can see, the pulley on the compressor is perfectly lined up w/the pulley on my alternator. Can I just get a longer belt and run them together off the crank? If I have to use my idler pulleys from the old factory setup, I will need a new fuel line. Why? Well for the Sanden pulley to line up w/the 3rd groove in my crank pulley I need to move it forward, but my steel fuel line is in the way.:bang:

If anyone has a pict of the Sanden setup w/the 1 belt for the Alternator/Sanden setup, please post it or e-mail it to me.:nice:

Thanks,:nice:

One belt could run both AC and Alternator, depending on how much of the pulleys groove the belt is contacting. It would only cost the price of a belt to find out. If its squeals from slipping, then you'll have to move the compressor foward and the fuel line back and use the 3 groove.

Steel fuel line can be bent a little. You might have to fab a new bracket to re-position it.
