ABS and Traction Control NOT WORKING

Hey everyone I"m new and this is my first time posting. I have a little problem.I just installed snow tires that came off my friends car well jeep to be exact. Every fits and all the clearances and backspacing is correct,but to finish my question the ABS and traction control light came on. Will this cause any problems if not corrected by the right tire size,or is there a way to disconnect the sensor so the light isnt on? Any informative input is appreciated. Thanks.

I'm assuming the tire height is different from front to rear now and if that is the case, that would cause the ABS to not work properly. The difference in tire height from front to rear is to be no more than 3% in order for the ABS to still work properly.

Thanks for the reply,so do you think driving with the light on will cause any long term problems?
