ABS/traction control problems after tune..

Hey fellas,

Installed sct tune (91) with C&L intake over the weekend no problems except one.
My dash T.C./ABS lights came on, and traction control button is not functioning after 2 days of normal driving. How can I clear these.. ??

I would doublecheck the tune for tire size and gear ratio settings first.
