I just replaced all four rotors with new ceramic pads all the way around.
The problem I am having is my ABS for the most part is not working. The light stays on. But sometimes the light is not on and the ABS works. Anyone have any idea's??????

If you bleed the brakes when you change the brake pads, you need to unhook the battery, so that the ABS unit doesn't transfer any fluid. If it does, then you can get air bubbles in the lines, and regular bleeding won't get them out.

Or, you had some air trapped in your lines, and when you compressed the caliper pistons, you pushed it into the ABS valve.. bad. can't be fixed by just bleeding the old fashion way. It needs to be bled with a special tool in place to open the ABS valve while bleeding. If you can't find any other cause, like that you disturbed a sensor or something, you should (hate to say it) take it to Ford or a brake shop and have them FLUSH it. Since they are going to charge the crap out of you anyways, don't just get it bled, get all new fluid in the system
