You have broken vacuum lines. Either up against the firewall (passenger side, I think) or under the dash.

Could also be the vacuum operated door actuator but it's usually lines.

check the vacuum line to upper intake (from the tree that leads inside the car and to the vacuum reservoir... the little black ball in the passenger fender well)
