Accidentally poured brake fluid into the power steering

So my cousin accidentally poured about 3 ounces of dot 3 brake fluid into the power steering of my uncles crown vic. What should we do?

Drain it or suck it out. Replace it with the correct fluid.

get hand soap pump or something similar, clean it out really good, stick the stem in the reservoir and pump away.

Be glad he didn't do like I did when I first started to work on cars. For some reason I put Power Steering fluid in my Brake Master Cylinder, my brakes locked up and I had to replace all of the rubber hoses in my braking system and a new master cylinder.
Did you drive the car w/brake fluid in the power steering, if not you can use a turkey baster or better yet you can use the cheap gas siphon pumps at Autozone.
We learn by mistakes and mistakes will forever happen, best of wishes.

both good ideas. i have one of those cheap pumps from a parts store. i think mine was like $6
