Be glad he didn't do like I did when I first started to work on cars. For some reason I put Power Steering fluid in my Brake Master Cylinder, my brakes locked up and I had to replace all of the rubber hoses in my braking system and a new master cylinder.
Did you drive the car w/brake fluid in the power steering, if not you can use a turkey baster or better yet you can use the cheap gas siphon pumps at Autozone.
