i have added my 3G alt, and i want a 4ga ground too. where are good places to add it? I can't get the main ground (behind the intake to the firewall) off. the nut will loosen, but there are other grounds connected to it that spin and start to wrap around the bolt. i can't see what's going on, and i don't want to wreck what exists. so where are other good points to add one? also, should i have a direct ground from the neg. terminal on the battery to the chassis as well? i had one with a big stereo, but i removed it all, along with that ground. opinions? thanks

Look up some JRichker posts on that... i think there is a terminal by the starter solenoid that needs to have a ground by it.. its like an ECM ground or something.

I went with the back-of-intake ground and added a second 4-gauge ground on the front of the block where the A/C used to bolt on, and grounded that directly to the frame. You can never have too many grounds, so when it doubt, just keep adding more - the ricers claim their super-duper grounding kits add 20 horsepower, anyway. :D
