Adjustable Lower Controler Arms.

Why?

Can you actually adjust them for a noticeable improved 60ft? Or is it more to get your 1200HP drag car to point in the right direction down the quartermile when you getty and go.

The only Adjustable Lower control arms I have seen are not length adjustable like the uppers, but it's the spring seat that's adjustable letting your lower and raise your ride height.
