Adjustable Shocks/Struts

I'm looking into gettin shocks/struts now and Koni Yellow besides the cost has been highly recommend for my 03 GT with Eibach Sportlines. These are adjustable shocks/struts. What is the theory behind single and double adjustable shocks/struts? Thanks for you input guys.

I think you'll find more people that'll recommend bilsteins

Even Tokicos are more recommended for adjustables (Illumina)

Well bilsteins are cheaper and a buddy of mine has spent alot of hours researching suspension and he's blown 2 tokico's. However, i still dont understand what the adjustable part does? Is it easy?

yeah mean going online, and just buying 2 tokico shocks that blown out

you can adjust the rebound & compression dampening, it depends on what shock/strut combo you choose, some are just dials you turn

on a single you just change the rebound

I heard the strange struts/shocks dont work well w/ a GT that has Eibach sports.

Ok hopefully Tom is still watching this.
From what some have told me you can use the tokico 5 ways for a lil bit of everything. Set the rear to full soft for drag racing and almost full hard for autoxing. I'm hoping so cause that is the ones I'm leaning towards.

The Strange I know several people using them mainly for drag racing/ street driving and really like them and the price point. However I've been told by some who are VERY knowledgeable in the drag side of things to go with the QA1's if money isn't a concern for this type of setup.

Koni's well got me I know they used to be REAL good then they were just OK hopefully someone with more recent exp, can chime in.

Bilsteins, My exp is with Offroad ones and they are great, I've also seen them suggested on here by some I consider knowledgeable about autox type suspensions.

yeah the tokico 5 way settings are set as follows
Illumina Sport 3 = premium
Illumina Drag (stiffest setting, I think is 5) = Illumina Sport 2

Sport 2 is like factory stiffness
