Adjustable trunk bumper

I'm working on getting the rear panels to align properly on a 68 coupe. The trunk lid I have isn't flush with the quarter panels using the stock rubber bumpers. I've noticed newer cars use a rubber bumper with a corkscrew shape for infinite adjustment. Where can I purchase these? Is there an easy way to mount these using the stock trunk lid?
