Okay, last year, I built the motor in my car, as most of you know. When I put everything together, I adjusted the valves as instucted. My question is that I put 2000 miles on the motor now and I am wondering if I need to readjust the valves. I am running hyd. roller lifters and roller rockers, I know that when you run hyd roller lifters you don't need to readjust them like you do with solid lifters. But being that I went throught break in and all the parts where new, should do it again or should they still be good to go?

+1. If they are not making noise, you are fine. If they are, re-adjust them. They shouldn't need periodic maintenance, like the old solid lifters did.

Yea what they said. Do you want to adjust them for the sake of adjusting them or do you actually hear something ticking from the motor?
