Adustable Illumination Fuse

No matter what size fuse I put in, it just keeps popping, sometimes instantly. Has anyone had this experience? I am not electrical expert, so I am not sure what could be causing this. The car does have the fog light modification, where the fog lights go on with the parking lights. Any idea what could be popping the fuse?

It would help if you mentioned which fuse is blowing.

It would also help to give more information about how you did the fog light modification.

If you remove the fog light relay, does the fuse still blow? What size (wattage) are the fog lights? Have you inspected the bulb sockets looking for evidence of water damage?
