ae stock harmonic balancers all metal (can they be powdercoated?)

Just wondering if there is any rubber in there. Would like to send to the powder coater.

Yep. Most balancers you'd want to run on your car have an elastomer.

You would not want to dress-out a stock damper anyhow - they suck. Get a nice SFI piece and do whatever you want to make it look good.
