I recently picked up a working Allen Engine Development Supercharger for my 2000 Mustang GT. The company appears to be out of business, the phones don't work and E-Mail gets bouced. Basically looking to get a remote tune placed on my
Diablo Predator. Can anyone suggest a tuner that could do this for me?

i would suggest a dyno tune.

I agree, but I have to get the car driveable. The nearest dyno tune is over 2 hours away. I have to be able to drive it safely.

Not to be a jackass, but have you considered borrowing a trailer from a friend. Or renting one from a place like uhaul, my brother had to borrow a car dolly from uhaul 'bout a month ago & I remember the price being reasonable. then he just dropped it off at the local uhaul at his destination.

send your xcal to them and have a base tune flashed to it. tey should be able to do it for you. you just cant drive it hard till it hits the dyno

Sorry to say, but your options are pretty limited to the flash tune or the trailer haul. Rather spend some $ on either of those two options than not have a drivable car.
