AFR 205 Renegade Heads

I am looking at possibly buying a used set of AFR heads. Seller says the intake runners were epoxied to keep the push rod holes from transferring oil into intake runners. This sounded weird to me, just wanna get some input from you guys. Ill attach a few pics of the repair

Yep, sounds like they ported them too far and broke through the pushrod holes. I would say that this is not necessarily a bad thing, if it was intentional and done correctly. I've seen a few sets of gt40 heads done like this. I would be leary though if they were not done by a professional, well reputable place. Joe
