I've got about 3 coats of zaino on the car and am not overly impressed. I was going to try something else, but should I just apply over the zaino or wash with something to get the zaino off? It will probably be either Meguiar's or Turtle Wax.
i use turtle wax ultra gloss on my truck. look very good.its cheap and easy to use. i use jeff's werkstatt on my mustang. looks much better than zaino, to me anyway.
What look are you going for? are you will to give up some of that "wet look" for durability(sp?) (5+ months) or minimal protection (3 months) and still have that "wet look"?

On-line Nattys Blue wax View attachment 472578
Here's what I would do
1. wash
2. Claybar
3. rewash (<-optional)
4. Paint cleaner
5. Polish OTC Megs ScratchX net Klasse All-in-one
6. Megs #26 or Poorboys Nattys Blue
Remember steps 2, 3, 4, and 5 only have to be done about once every 6 months. Also what kills wax for the most part is people not mixing car soap (or using dishwashing liquid) in the proper ratios. If the dirrectios say 1 oz for 1 gallon of water then thats what you use. By making it stronger it eats away at the wax. Good luck and post your results.
Today I used Turtle Wax Ice and a coat of the spray detailer....wow. Never thought it would beat the Zaino. But, it probably is a different story on other colors. Not too shabby
