I was going through the same dilemma about 10 months ago. Here is what I ended up doing. I sold the Granada brakes on craigslist and then ran an ad looking for drumb brake spindles and hubs. A guy gave them to me. I then went and purchased a Mustangsteve.com cobra brake conversion. I am into the cobra brakes less then $400 if you count what I sold the Granada's for. I am sure that is about 1/3 the cost of a Baer kit. Just another option to think about.
I am working on a direct SN95 PBR caliper to Granada spindle replacement bracket. See picture below. This is the first prototype casting. It needs a little dimensional refinement, so at least a second prototype will be required. As always, the pricing will be reasonable.
Degins, what is the ETA on those??? As soon as you have a set ready to go I will take them... in fact I would be interested in the first prototype set if they can be modified with out to much effort to be made to work.
The next prototype will probably be ready in about 6-8 weeks. I need to hold on to the prototypes for reference purposes. I'll order 6 sets of the next prototype for air delivery. I'll take the chance that they are correct. I'll allocate 4 of these for user testing.
I think im gonna sell the granada's, buy new spindles, and go this route

Would you consider making one to fit the C5 PBR caliper? The thicker 1.25 rotors cool better and crack less than the 1.1 Mustang rotors/calipers (assuming they're designed to use late model rotors as well). The only difference is the basket is wider.
