aftermarket engine block and head question

i am planning on building up a 347 stroker kit from chp sometime in the near future. I noticed all the pics on their website and pretty much all crate engine or block manufacturers site is with only a water pump, alternator, and of course the crank pulley. My question is do these blocks such as the chp streetfighter kit have the necessary threaded holes in them to install power steering, and a/c in the factory locations?
