Aftermarket Headlight blowing fuse

Hey guys,
I'm trying to install an aftermarket headlight set from here:

It's the simplest installation in the world and for some reason, the headlight fuse keeps blowing every time I turn on the lights. The headlight works but the parking lights, turn signal, LED's, high beams DO NOT work. Anyone know what it could be? It's driving me crazy Thanks!

Yes, that's the only thing that was changed. As soon as I put the stock ones back on, fuse didn't blow, everything was working. Even when I put the left side new headlight, the right one malfunctions as well. I'm thinking a relay will fix issue but could be a bad aftermarket set also. I've done many headlight upgrades and there's always an issue, it's never as easy as it looks, but eventually I figure it out. My brother isn't as patient so trying to see if other mustang owners would know what it could be
