Aftermarket Seats??

Just wondering dose aftermarket seats bolt on to the stock sliding rails or do you have to weld them into place.. And do I have to look for a specific size of seat? I wanted to put some racing seats into my 67 coupe just wondering what I would have to do to get them in there?

If you don't mind spending a few bucks, Speedware Motorsports (http://www.speedwaremotorsports.com/) will make you a custom slider for the race seats that they sell. I installed a Recaro (purchased from Speedware) and had them make up a slider / mount assembly, and it worked with no fuss.

www.streetortrack.com and look up any of the corbeau seats. They have specific brackets/sliders which makes the seat install a bolt in. Im going with Forza's with one of their brackets.

Not without adapters.

I would never buy a seat that I didn't have a chance to sit in. The differences are huge.
