I Cant freakin decide for my 02 GT. I want a ballsy American muscle car sound to it. But I hear the magnapacks are even quieter than the stock exhaust at idle

Edit:: I have been to MustangExhaust.com, and I am still torn over what to get. Anyone have ANY other clips of either flows or magnapacks?

my magnapacks can be heard at idle with a cold air intake kit installed. i like the sound of it on my cobra. i am used to flowmasters so if u wanna be different, get magnapacks. they have alot of deep tone to them.

I LOVE my packs. Their tone is very deep, and they are loud as all hell. Don't let people tell you that they sound bad with an off road pipe either, mine sounds like the world is coming to an end at WOT:worship:

you can't go wrong with either... spend more time researching on them... you might be getting neither of those brand at the end.

www.mustangexhaust.com is a good place to start. They have clips and stuff... good luck m8

I have the magnapacks for my 02. I just wanted something different then the typical mustang with a flowmaster setup. The packs sound awesome; nice and deep and mean as all heck at WOT. I dont agree with that quieter then stock at idle. It isnt as loud as a 40 series at idle but it def is not quiet...go with the packs if you dont want it to sound typical

I have had nothing but compliments on my packs. Also if you can afford it get a mid pipe. I went with the magnaflow catted X and love it.

I had packs on my '02 GT and now on my Mach (little different burbly sound with the DOHC 4v motor), the car is loud as hell with the matching catted X pipe. I have deep low rumble at idle and just gets louder the faster you go. My neighbors hate me but who cares. I too wanted something different from the typical flowmaster sound. IMHO u can't go wrong with Magnaflow.

Whoever told you that doesn't know what they're talking about IMO. My paks are def. louder than stock at idle. I like them better than flows, but it's all about personal preference. Find someone in your area with the 2 exhausts.

Ask 100 guys and you will get 50 that say flows and 50 that say magnas.

Choose by your personal sound preference, sound is subjective you cant ask someone else what would be best for you.

Really?!? Between the two of those I like the flowmaster as far as sound but I never liked the fact that its only aluminized.
