Air Conditioning set up '66 Stang.
I am in the process of restoring/rebuilding the factory A/C. I have the following parts; condenser, compressor, drier, the entire evaporator unit that fits under the dash(it's was mounted some time ago.), a short hose (rubber like), long hose that is braided w/ the sight glass (about 3/8), the hose that comes out of the evaporator unit(3/8 or 1/2 in diameter), and a steel like that has a 90degree bend(this one hooks to the drier).
There was a hose that came from the evaporator that had fell against the headers and burned off but it looks as if it is a 1/4 inch and is longer than the new sight glass hose. It seems I can't find an exact replacement for that one. I need to know how to hook all this stuff up and a routing diagram for the hoses. Also it seems I'm missing a hose or a line or two.
Anybody have any insight?
