I am having problems with air in my passenger side caliper. I did a 5 lug convo on my 86 mustang using SN95 parts and 99 and up dual pot calipers. I bleed the brakes and I get a nice hard pedal for a long time, then about a month later, I notice brake fluid is low in the master cylinder and I lose my brakes. Pedal goes to the floor. So I have determined that it is only the passenger side caliper that is getting air into it, since a ton of air comes out of it when I bleed them, and only that one. So my question is, where does air enter the system at? The passenger side caliper had to have a special adapter piece to bolt the caliper up to the factory brake line but that seems to be tight, and I cannot determine where fluid is leaking. Where are some good places to check for leaks? I checked at the master cylinder and it is not leaking there. This is pissing me off, because I feel I cannot drive my car without the constant concern that one time I am going to step on the brake and all I am going to get is a pedal to the floor. So it sits, and will sit until I figure this out.

If it's losing that much fluid, it should be showing up somewhere. Check all locations where you had the lines apart to install or upgrade components. It's gotta be going somewhere.
