Intake- Have to build it yourself, or make one from something else fit. There are writeups in the tech articles thread on how to built one, you just gotta find em. I was a cheapass so I built mine out of PVC when I had my car. IF I did it over again, I'd probably use steel or aluminum tubing.
As for the suspension...if your springs are going bad, they will sag especially when there is any load in the car. If your shocks/struts are going out, your car will bounce excessively when you go over bumps.
