Hello, got another question for you all? Has anybody ever ran a set of gabriel hijackers on the rear of there gt? Need to find a way to raise the rear end of the car, friend of mine has 86gt that saged about the same and he put varible rate springs on it, only raised it about 1.25 in higher. Called gabriel they say that the hijackers will not fit 5.0 mustangs? Don't quite understand, but they say the 5.0 have different suspension. If anybody has hijackers show pics, or if any other ideas please do tell. Or show.

sorry to say my friend but raising the rear end with air shocks is old school.
better springs is where you need to go if your try to raise the rear not air shocks.

I would use Adjustable Lower Control Arms like those from Maxum Motorsports if you are wanting to raise and lower the rear of your car.

good point; never thought about adjustable lower control arms.
