Air tools for the body work...

You can't beat that deal for $90. Trust me, unless you have a 60-80 gallon compressor, no compressor you buy with a 30 gallon tank or smaller, no matter what hp the motor is, will keep up with an air grinder, cut-off wheel or any other tool that uses a constant flow of air. It will be just fine, you will have to just learn its limits.

for the money, that compressor is a good deal. just remember that it will not do everything needed for bodywork. you will get frustrated.
good bodywork tools include: angle die grinder, DA sander (get a palm DA if you can find one. much more comfy than a regular DA), 5" grinder, cut off wheel (get the weld grinding discs for quick grinding of welds, regular cut off discs for cutting), an air file (straight line sander) will help you out with large flat panels, but will also make your hands numb, making you loose feeling in it to determine if the panel is straight.

I use my little campbell hausefield 30gal for ALL my priming on cars. Keeps up just fine. Dunno why, I just like using that little guy. Most of the times for everything else, I use my 80gal compressor.

5HP campbell hausfeld 17.5 cfm at 90psi is one of its ratings... 240v... $300 includes an unused craftsman DA sander...

If its 240 volt.....does that mean ill have to wire the garage for it?

Just to let you know, they are brand new at Home Depot and Lowes for $450 or so. THey are Husky and Kobalt, but made by CH.
230v isnt to hard to wire up...if you get a chance, hit me up on AOL and I will talk you through the basic setup. The best way to do it is put the plug as close as possible to the breaker box. Oh yeah, if you dont have a home with a main breaker that shuts off power to the house...I wouldnt mess with it, get an electrician. The hot wire coming from the street can kill you quick
