Electrical Airbag Warning Light Remain Lit

Hello! I'm brand new to the site. I have a1992 Mustang GT and, upon starting the car, all of the warning lights illuminate brightly then extinguish shortly thereafter. However, as the engine is running, the airbag warning light goes dim and remains on. Sometimes the light will extinguish after 5 minutes. Also, this issue does not occur every single time drive the car. I welcome any advice on what is causing this issue. I want to sell the car but I would like to resolve this airbag warning light issue first. Thanks!!!

Copy that and thank you for the reply. I just ordered a used one today hoping it will help. I am by no means a mechanic but read some posts on the clock spring and there was mention that failure of the horn and the cruise control, in addition to the airbag light not extinguishing, would be a clock spring issue. My horn and cruise control are still working. Would this still be the clock spring? Regardless, I ordered one anyways just in case it will fix the issue.
