ALL 99-04 GTs have 3.27 gears?

been searching the forum and doing some googling..... is it true that ALL 99-04 5 speed GTs came factory with a 3.27 axle ratio? i know there should be a tag on the axle housing but thats not readily available: this is a car i am considering buying - 2000 GT 5 speed. the car is stock, assuming the rearend is as well.

i think there is a door tag on these cars that tell. however, i didnt know about the door tag until after i looked it.

Yes. However, you can't go by that tag. I now have 3.73's and my tag still says 3.27. Ask the owner what gears it has in it. Pearl02.
