maybe the one with the supra wing is hunting antelope and needs to blend in the tall grass. instead of a running pony he can have a galloping zebra on his car.

The striped one is probably the result of someone that was primering the car had some extra black primer sitting around and decided to have some fun with it. There is no excuse for that wing, however, in any way that I can reasonably imagine.

The other is probably the result of a Mexican buying a decent Fox from someone and then adding the tacky chrome accessories/lights and maybe the wing.

I see those everyday. Most of them are v6's. I kid you not I see 10 a day just like you are talking about. It's sad really.
