All the parts are finally in.

-AFR 185 non-emissions heads
-FTI Custom grind cam
-cometic gaskets
-ARP Bolts
-1.6 7/16 scorpion roller rockers

Tommorrow I will start putting the rest of the motor tommorrow. Just to refresh, the shortblock is complete and ready to go there was a post several weeks ago about it. I am 100% sure something will give me a problem because everything has fought all the way. Have everything but push rods because I have to put it together to figure out the length I need.

Just wanted to say as many of you know ED CURTIS IS THE MAN!!! He hooked me up well! We ran in to some small problems with the mail or shipping but he bent over backwards to help get everything right. THANKS ED!

One question, which way are the headgaskets supposed to go on. They are not marked front or anything. In the pics on the right side of the HG there are 2 openings for the water passages, does this go to the front on each side or the back on each side, or one and the other. Help me out on this guys, this is the only thing I am not sure of and I want to get it right.

Love the VCs man. I think the passage is in the front but i aint sure man have you try moching it up to the block,

edit: Just wondering your setup is really top notch but looking at it now and I was wondering what made you decide on the bbk over the other bigger intake out there.

yobi- Plain and simple, no else on here is running it. I wanted to try it. I have a strong feeling that I will be changing it out if it is really hindering my performance. I was all set on the TFS Track heat then at the last minute order the BBK. Plus it looks sweet.

GRADY- I think so! I was in the middle of creaming myself so I am not too sure, but I think so. I had to change my clothes shortly after. LOL

Not Taking anything away from it. 10 out 10 stars for originality and looks. Just was wondering after looking at the heads and I know you run the car blown it just struck me becuase the intake is in about the flow range of the street heat. But its suppose to be a really good intake and value. I just wanted to see what you .02 were. Look good Love those heads.

BTW- How can I get one of the powered by ford Logos..

yobi1kanobi, clark has his own graphics shop...shoot him an email and he can get you a set or something similar

everything looks great tom, wish i could be there for the install and to help you out since you helped me so much with my mad MoD motor buildup

your going to be happy! but i can see that intake hindering your performance down the road.

on a side note, you have pics of that supercharger install with the intercooler?

Intake would be pretty simple and cheap to fix all he has to do is grab the R upper intake from bbk. I seen a couple tests on that intake and it would work perfectly with a blown combo like that.
