Alright, It runs, but now it vibrates bad and A/C compressor won't engage

Previous post http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/814086-help-no-spark-all.html

Alrighty, finally got the car to start. Ended up being a bad (new) distro. So the rebuild is basically complete. Now I still have 2 issues.

1. it vibrates really bad at anything over 3000rpm. Like the whole car shudders and shakes. (all new motor mounts and trans mount + driveshaft + clutch, flywheel)

Any thoughts?

2. Trying to get the a/c charged, and I can't get the compressor to engage. I have jumped the low pressure switch, and it has 13 volts. There is no voltage at the plug that goes into the compressor.

What to do?

Thanks a bunch guys.
Chris

if it's vibrating sitting still, look at the harmonic balancer. with the engine running, the hb might be wobbling. with the engine off, look from under the car, between the hb and the oil pan, you need to look for rubber squeezing out of the hb.

for the a/c. look at the ccrm for a bad relay. if that's the prob you'll have to replace the whole ccrm as it's not repairable.

What flywheel did you use? A couple of months back I installed a new flywheel from kragen \oreillys and a king cobra clutch and it vibrated exactly from 3,000 rpm and up it ended up being the flywheel we when back to kragen and got it swamped and it did the same thing with the second one.We ended up going to the junkyard and getting one off another mustang and the vibration went away

This is the flywheel
Ford Mustang 1986-1995 5.0L SPEC 50oz Billet Steel Flywheel

Clutch
Ford Mustang 1986-1995 5.0L Stage 2+ SPEC Clutch

The guys at TrePerformance recommended this combo to me for my total plans for the car. And yes, I do have a 50 oz imbalance. It's just so much hassle if it is the flywheel. The HB is new, but it is one of the Professional Products 90007 - Professional Products PowerForce Plus Harmonic Dampers so never sure about the qaulity. I just couldn't afford a $300 one at the time.

Any additional thoughts or is flywheel the consensus?

Also, anyone got a clue on the A/C problem.

CCRM is brand new. All KOEO codes are PASS. Only KOER codes is EGR missing and rich fuel mixture(I'm assuming because it needs a computer tune)

The dowels were on the flywheel. New ARP bolts as well. I am noticing a little wompy rotation in the HB when the car is running. What brand HB should I get? It needs to be a 50oz.

A/C is solved, bad High Pressure Switch.
