Strokey, how much RWHP do you think could be achieved with 16 lbs of boost? That'd be how much I am running.

On your mod motor, i would guestimate around 550-600 ish with the right tune, and depending on your cams, and if your running meth injection.

Damn, Joe, I want your car. :nice:

OK, so 15 was a low ball. You're already intercooled, so that is a bonus.

I'm going to say anywhere from 40 to 65 rwhp.

What were you expecting?
Thanks :)

I was hoping/expecting for somewhere around the 50-60 RWHP mark with the water/meth alone, but I haven't a clue as to what my overall numbers are gonna be now with a more agressive tune due to more fuel, SCT MAF, more boost, P-51, raised compression from 8.5 to 9, and O/R X pipe.

When I get the car all tuned out I will post something in 4.6L Tech with the results, dyno graphs and everything, pulls with and without the water/meth injection. Luckily my friend @ work knows the owner of Big Shot Dyno in Hudson, OH and a few Ford/GM tuners.

I just estimated your addition of water/meth alone, as well. That is a starting point for what you could expect, plus everything else. It sounds like you have a killer setup coming.

I look forward to the thread. Before and after dyno pulls rock!

Man.. S&B and Procharger GT, your cars are gonna be kickin some major ass!!

I can't wait to see some dyno graphs, pics and videos :D :D

And that '03 Terminator would be awesome man, Sonic Blue is one of my favorite colors on those cars. A buddy of mine that goes to the local track has one but he ditched his IRS for solid rear.. beautiful car

It's gonna be a custom SCT tune - laptop with SCT tuner software through the diagnostics port w/ wideband O2

And yes it has a 3 core A/A intercooler

I would think you could get around 600 hp dont you?

im not all that into mod motors, just b/c i dont own one but i love them, more RPM's = more power.

the tune is key but your doing it the right way, so you should have no issues, i always tune on teh street and go to the dyno to see #'s and do some minor tweeking, but that is just me.

the guy who tunes sits shot gun and plays with the computer and then when he say load the chit out of it, well i do :D

I personally don't think my P-1SC is capable of 600HP - but who knows, it might. I don't know of anyone who has tested it out yet.

I definitely need it tuned before I do anything with it, it hasn't seen above 3200 RPM's as I am still seating the rings on the pistons on the new setup. I need to run it for about another 500 miles on semi-synthetic before I do anything else. Plus it's running pretty rich since I was forced to use my stock MAF due to my old Pro-M being a big POS that even they couldn't fix (my car would turn off w/ it plugged in). So hopefully I'll have good news sooner than later on it. Yours has to be putting out some whoop ass power; how do you like the Vortech Mondo? I have it sitting in my garage right now, not installed yet.
