Aluminum Driveshaft

You will need threadlock or new DS-to-pumpkin flange bolts, and some trans fluid will probably dump out, unless you are insanely fast with the swap.

JT means the pinion flange. He's having an early alzhemier's moment right now. Shouldn't be too much longer that I'll start experiencing mine, so any posts I make after this point, I can not be held responsible for :D

I couldnt use a rachet on mine. I just locked two wrenches together and pulled like hell. No tranny fluid should come out if the car is level or slightly downhill. Just make sure to put a little oil on the tranny yoke to help it slide into the seal.

my homie said i need a specila tool? what tool is that?
Oh ya, you need some elbow grease and a torque wrench, possibly a breaker bar to reduce the need for elbow grease. But nothing to special about that stuff.

It really is pretty easy. I had to pull and reinstall my DS when installing my gears and it was no swet.

omfg i cant beleive how ****ing easy it was. took me longer looking for the tool at home dam actually the work itself, cant beleive a mustang shop around here charges like 300 bucks, they said it was a 3 hr job, dam thiefs.

i went out for a test drive and what a diffrence, was the smotthest ride ive been on. now ill be even more glad to drive on the freeway. no more crazy vibrations
