Aluminum Spare

What year did the 4 lug aluminum spare come in and what is the serial number to tell. Was it the 93 Cobra?

it came in convertibles...you can tell cuz it's solid shiny aluminum

but don't bother for front runners...the BS is all d!cked up and it still looks like a spare tire..just find a set of cheap runners w/ tires already on them.

most guys want $150 for the pair of spares anyway

I was only wondering because a friend of mine had one of them and wanted to know if it was worth anytning on ebay....thats all...Can anyone back up his statement?

the last one i saw on ebay was mint, never used, you could eat off of it. Only sold for $44. So ...ya...it'll sell, but i doubt hes gonna get rich off of it.

Thats still more than my normal turbines will sell for. I'd say for a spare rim that a pretty good chunk of change to get out of it.
