Aluminum Windsor Jr. Heads

Just picked up a set of these with practically brand new Crane Gold 1.7 rockers for a good price.
Just wondering if anyone has used the aluminum versions and if they were improved any over the cast iron versions?
Also what did you think of these heads?

I have no personal experience, but from I what I read when I was researching heads, they are solid. As you can expect, alum heads will dissipate heat much better and are obviously lighter. So generally speaking, alum heads will be better than iron versions of the same head.
