Seems to be the new "trend" in the import world.

One of the local car forums I post on (99% import-orientated) thinks it's awesome!

Im talking about imports with INSANE camber! Im not talking about autocross-prepped cars, Im talking about stock street cars that probably will never see a track in their lives.

Am I the only one who think this looks so ****ing retarded?

Example (one of many from my local forum)

I MEAN C'MON! Not only does it look dumb as ****, but you're wearing the hell out of tires! Jesus import owners can be dumb as hell.

The import world can be divided into two distinct categories - Tuners and Ricers.

Tuners are just car people trying to build the best car they can out of their platform. Nothing but respect for these people.

Ricers are people for whom appearance is everything. Whether a modification has any purpose, helps or hurts the car, costs an arm and a leg, or even improperly identifies it as something else......is all irrelevent. The only thing that matters to them is how many heads you turn.

But you can't put all the blame on people with imported cars. There are plenty of ricers out there that "Bling Out" there domestic cars as well. I despise all of them equally.

"A car is not a Christmas Tree- don't try to decorate it with every single orniment and light strand just because it fits. The best cars are treated as a piece of architecture; great blueprints yield great results"

lol, you just have to laugh at this $#!^. It makes the car utterly useless. They'll get 8k miles from a good set of tires. Look at the back suspension... they added some sort of pieces to angle the lower control arms and they are just inches from the ground. Yeah, you're real cool when the car bottoms out on every speed bump and transition in the road.

I've seen cars like this before, but it was a result of lowering the car exessively without bothering to buy components to properly align it afterwords.

Looks plenty dangrous to me... guess who'll get the ticket when these ricers realize that driving on the side of the tire is dangrous and causes an accident.
