Tell them to send you a $140 check when they send you the right color one ... Either that or tell them you want your money back plus 140. That IS some BS!!

I will agree, ive never had a problem with them, but that is some serious BS... ask to speak to the floor manager on duty , explain to him WTF is wrong and have them fix it !

I work in sales and deal with returns/credits where the customer needs to ship parts back with their own money. We usually just cut them a check for the part+ the shipping. You will get your money back, relax.

they are 5 minutes down the road from me. Their staqff knows nothing about mustangs except how to box parts up and ship them. Dumbasses. The music they play in their warehouse is too god damn loud and to top it off its heavy metal music. The type where the singer has a microphone rammed down his throat. No wander they phuq up orders

why don't more companies just make the arrangements themselves, and have the carrier just pickup from the customer? Ninosport did that for me, and it was awesome.

I spoke with someone there and they said that I would have to pay shipping my self. So dont tell me to relax. They believe that they did not send me the wrong product and that it is Customer chosen return or some **** like that. She did not tell me I would be getting my money back for the shipping costs.

that's BS, i had to do that for 13 quarts of synthetic ATF. $110 worth of oil sent one week late so i had to buy some at a store 20 miles away to get my tranny back running after the rebuild. Costed me $10 restocking fee, luckily i didnt open the box and UPS lets you do a "return to sender" if not open and it cost me nothing. They wanted $10 and for me to pay shipping to get my money back on an order 5 days late, WTF.

Did you send them the pictures? i'd be calling them every day

Yup sent them pictures AND I even sent them a link (see first post of this thread for link) to the original thread I had started about the wheels being the wrong color.

i would calmly ask them to speak with manager, or store owner.
Simply states that they shipped wheel, but one of them is not the same color, and you would like to get an RA# for return , and would like to get your shipping back AFTER they get the wheel back. its ****ty deal, i know, but thats the gamble we take when we order something online...

I just got off the phone with them...Initially i was calm but after they repeatedly kept telling that there is nothing wrong with the wheels and that the 18x10s will show a darker shade because of the deeper machined lip compared to the 18x9s I couldnt help but raise my voice, among other things.

I even told them there might be a chance that the incorrect wheels might have been packaged. They told me that no there isnt a chance that that might have happened and that he checked every single wheel that's packaged.MORE BS!

I wanted the hypercoated wheels. It seems that the 18x9s are the correct color (hypercoated) and the 18x10s are anthracite.

If you paid with a credit card, you can do a charge back. This should be your last resort to get your money back. The grounds for doing this would be that they are unwilling to accept a return, or exchange. Most cc compaines give you a 6 month window to excercise this right.

I really hate it when companies make it hard for you to send back returns. QA1 did the same thing to me. It's been 7 months, no k member, no refund, and now no emails from them either. I didn't do a charge back because I wanted to settle it amicably. That bit me in the ass and now I'm out $244.00, and I had to spend $400 to get a replacement K member. ONE THAT FIT.....PA RACING ROCKS!!!

I will tell you that being a D!(k to the person trying to help you does not make them want to go the extra mile for you in getting that part returned. Always be nice first, then if they still refuse, then it's ok to get angry.

I had a bad experience with XOxideX/American Muscle on eBay.

They sent me the wrong part and wanted me to pay shipping back to them. I filed a paypal claim, got my money back, and they paid for shipping.

I left them a negative feedback too.

No ****ing way!!! That sounds like the type of place I would want to work at. Better than the ****ty mainstream pop crap they play at American Honda .
All the aftermarket parts on my stang are from am.com. I continue to go back there for a reason, they are fast, cheap and have by far the best customer service. Just give them a call and explain your situation.
