You definately got a mixed set, and your definately getting total BS from A.Muscle.

What a shame. I buy from those guys quite a lot and this is definately enough to make me look elsewhere in future.

Just make sure they realize what they are doing for thier business by screwing you, they are actually screwing themselves, all ppl have to do is see this thread and thats enough to make them shop elsewhere.without the mustang community(aka us) they are nothing, especially being that they only sell MUSTANG parts.make them realize this and they may change the way they are handling this situation.

Man, I'd call back and say that ONLY ONE OF THE RIMS IS A DIFFERENT COLOR!!!!!

Then tell the person you are on the phone to go to the original thread link while you are on the phone. Tell them to look at pictures and see that there is one wheel that is wrong (or 3, however you look at it). Then there is no debate. You took pics of them in different places, together, etc, so we could see them and they are posted. I think that without that, they could simply get the rims back and claim that you are crazy and got 4 good wheels. So IMO, that thread could help you out a lot if you can get anybody with 1/10000th of a brain cell to view it.

I work in sales and deal with returns/credits where the customer needs to ship parts back with their own money. We usually just cut them a check for the part+ the shipping. You will get your money back, relax.

No online Mustang business could be worse than Speed Concepts.net. I bought an H-pipe from them, they charged my credit card, and a month went by and I never saw the pipes. After emailing them multiple times (no response) I called them and after multiple attempt finally got a hold of the owner. He told me it was backordered and should be in the mail in a week. Another month passed, no H-pipe. I called and emailed them again asking for my money back....but got no response. So I had to file a claim with my credit card company.....and finally got the money back.

You think that these online businesses would care about their reputation.

If they dont believe you about the color mismatch you can have them
analized. In the printing business they use a "densitometer" to check
for color variation. It tells the exact content of any color, very sensitve unit.
I think paint stores have them also.

Yup, just got an update. I just received an email from them for four UPS return labels. . Now I can return them without having to pay for shipping out of my own pocket. Thanks to everyone for their input and help on this. Thank you to the guy who sent the link to this thread to the A.M. rep. I did that myself initially without any luck. I'm sure that extra email helped a bunch . I will be going to UPS tomorrow to unload these from my hands. Now I just hoope they dont try to screw me on my refund some how.

I'm glad that got worked out, but it shouldn't have taken this long for them to correct something this simple.

Good.

Its sad that they were going to screw you over if you hadn't made a big deal on the forums though. It really looks bad for them either way.
