Good.

Its sad that they were going to screw you over if you hadn't made a big deal on the forums though. It really looks bad for them either way.

Exactly what I was thinking.

Just remember that:

-you can file a Better Business Bureau complaint online
-it costs nothing to file one
-the complaint will remain in an open status until you agree to close it

I will agree that the answer is to be nice until it is time to stop being nice however...

Honestly, the BBB is useless. What people don't realize is they are funded by the very business consumers use. Now if you have a problem with that business and you are going to the BBB to complain about a company that funds them, how willing are they going to be to fix your issue? Not willing at all. The BBB is just a channel to vent being some people don't know the right channels to use to get an issue fixed.

Glad the OP got his issue solved. Personally AM doesn't have anything I need and they weren't the cheapest in the past, so I never used them.

if that was my company i'd do everything i could to make this one guy happy. bad batches of color happen ALL the time on painted goods (especially these anodized type finishes). like the guy who now wont be buying a tuner from em.

piss off one person and you lose ten customers. make one guy happy and you might get a couple more off him. i was going to order a set of wheels from them but im not so sure anymore.
