ah ok, all you need now is a Line-Out Convertor (around $20) just splice it into the rear speaker lines and hook up the amp to it. pictured to the left (black box) is the line out convertor, hooked up to the rear speaker linesmirage86 said:I've got all the stuff to proceed now including a head unit. heat generates to the heatsink no matter how it's mounted, it's still going to draw everywhere, if it mattered alot then alot of pcs would go to chit because the processers are sideways and so are the heatsinks, as long as the heatsinks are there and the unit is ventilated there shouldn't be a problem, well that and how crappy the amp is makes the differenceBooWFO said:Umm yes it does hence the big heatsink on the top it is to draw the heat away from the circuit board. but then again I'm an idiot only did custom installs for 5 years, and slept through most of my electronics classes.
