I agree with the guys Amy.

First get pictures of the frame rails and undercarriage to see what they look like.

I would swap the bubble hatch off your red car for sure though. That's just too Capri cool.

Both cars have a decent interior too.

Only draw back is the sunroof,

You've got to pull the engine on the red car anyhow, just swap it over to the white one.

What're you thinking? $1250 doesn't seem like a bad price for the white one.

if it doesn't have rot issues, offer 1k. see what happens, just be ready to go up if he acts insulted. Offer cash, cash talks pretty loud when someone wants to sell something.

Floor boards were hacked upped and the frame front frame rails were cracked. I have looked at alot of Capris and mustang in the last 2 months and all of them either had front or rear frame rails or both that were worst off then my car so I am kinda at a stand still with the car right now but at least I have the motor to work on.

Plenty of frame rail options out there. I think it would be a good project to tackle lol

Check to see if that will work with your capri, it says that piece is good for the '90-'93 models.

It sure would be nice, but i'm betting there may be fitment issues.

I would be writing a check for that 2300 mile 86 capri and call it a day. You will be $20k into that rust bucket before you know it and it still wouldnt be as nice.
