New toys .....Yeh !!!

Spec 2 Clutch and flywheel and 3:90's going with a KB setup in a few weeks need to drop the gear down just a little.

no stage 3 is rated for some serious HP...with the Cobra engine and the KB 2.6 I should be pushing around 430+ stage 2 is rated to 500 so Im keeping it right there

I agree their customer service is great and even here is Germany I usually get the parts in a week, I just put a SPEC 3+ clutch and SPEC Aluminuim Flywheel in my 90 GT and love it

I'm insanely jealous of your setup.

C'mon, you can put down more than that

You should be pushing more than 430 with an 03 cobra motor and KB... depending on the boost I guess.

ya I wanna play it safe until I have ALL THE FUNDS for the internals to be rebuilt....I figure stock 2003 Cobra block with a KB 2.6 with low boost should net me some were around 430+.....once I get the tune and all the kinks worked out Im hopping for around 440 if that.....anymore and its time for a new clutch and forged internals..PLUS 500 hp for the street is alot..= NO TRACTION on the way to work ...haha

You guys think 3:90's is good or still to high with the amount of HP ill be getting

I know that but for high HP dont you have to rebuild the stock internals on ANY engine.

Uhm, no. You can SAFELY run 500rwhp+ with a cobra engine - hell lots of guys daily drive 600rwhp+ KB cobras....DAILY! LOL Alls you might need is injectors, BAP, and tune.

It's not like you have 500rwhp all the time in a boosted car, you usually don't have any power till atleast 3/4 throttle due to the bypass.

Yeah unless you're shooting for astronomical figures (600+) you should have no issues with the stock internals on an 03/04 cobra motor. Just make sure it's got a good tune and you'll be fine.
