annoying rattle at 2500- 3000 rpms ??

i have a really annoying rattle coming from under the floor boards - close to the firewall at 2500- 3000 rpms, i have a o/r x-pipe so its not the heat shields on the cats, and all of my o2 sensors are tight
anyone have any ideas or have you ever expierenced this problem?????

Check the cover on the clutch cable. They can be quite annoying.

ive checked that, and its not the clutch cable cover.

Well I was going to suggest an exhaust pipe rattling on the frame. My car does it and it sounds like its right underneath me, when in fact the pipes are hitting somewhere around the rear diff.

Mine was one of the O2 sensors, and it drove me nuts for a year till I figured it out.

Get under the car with a deadblow hammer and start tapping on things. You dont have to hit hard.
